Corporate Jet Solutions
Corporate travel has requirements that differ from private travel — multiple passengers, coordinated schedules, consistent standards across repeated trips, and the kind of reliability that underpins an organisation's operational credibility. JetX.vip's corporate jet solutions are structured around these realities, not adapted from leisure aviation.
From deal roadshows across three cities in two days, to quarterly leadership off-sites, to standing weekly routes for senior executives — JetX.vip manages recurring corporate aviation with the consistency and institutional discretion that organisations depend on.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How does a corporate jet arrangement differ from booking single charters?
A single charter covers one trip; a corporate arrangement is set up for an organisation that flies repeatedly, with several executives, recurring routes, roadshows and off-sites. You work with one personal aviation advisor who knows the company’s preferences, approval process and travel policy, so each new request starts from an agreed brief rather than from scratch. That saves time for the assistants and travel managers who book, and keeps standards consistent from trip to trip.
What aircraft can carry a whole executive team?
The aircraft is sized to the team: a super midsize jet such as a Citation Latitude or Challenger 300 carries eight to ten passengers, a large jet such as a Gulfstream G550 about 10–14, and an ultra-long-range aircraft 13–19 on long-haul routes. For bigger delegations, two aircraft can fly on a coordinated schedule. Check your company’s internal policy as well: some organisations limit how many senior executives may travel on the same aircraft.
How do we plan a multi-city roadshow by private jet?
Start with the fixed meetings and work backwards. Short hops within Europe are quick, with London–Geneva about 1 h 30 min and Rome–Paris around 2 hours depending on aircraft and winds, so three cities in two days is realistic. The advisor then checks slots, crew duty time and overnight parking at every stop, and builds in a buffer for meetings that overrun. Business aviation airports such as Farnborough (FAB) for London or Paris–Le Bourget (LBG) are usually preferred.
Can ground transport, catering and security be arranged for executives?
Yes. Ground transport at both ends, onboard catering (including kosher and other special meals on request) and a security escort can all be coordinated within the same plan, so executives move from the office to the aircraft and on to the meeting without separate bookings. For delegations visiting Israel, the same works in reverse on arrival at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV). Details and passenger lists are handled with discretion and shared only with the providers involved.
How can a company keep the cost of corporate jet travel under control?
Price depends on aircraft category, flight time, positioning, airport fees, crew overnight costs and dates. To manage it, plan round trips and multi-leg itineraries that reduce empty positioning, avoid a larger aircraft than the team needs, stay flexible on airports, and consider empty legs for trips that are not time-critical. Many operators bill a daily minimum of flight time, so combining short hops into one day can be efficient. JETX.VIP prepares no-obligation quotes for each trip or programme.
